Wiring up a fuzzdog pcb to a PPCB 3pdt board?

I have a few pcbs from other vendors like moonn and fuzzdog where the pcbs only have pads for In, Out, Ground, and Voltage. How would I wire these up to a standard PPCB 3pdt daughterboard?

In, out and ground as normal. Voltage is a bit different since I assume you would wire the DC jack 9V to both the Voltage on the board, and also to a resistor, then a LED, and from the LED to the SW pad on the daughterboard (technically I think it doesn't matter that much if you go 9V -> LED -> resistor or 9V -> resistor -> LED, but I would go resistor first just so if you happen to accidentally ground the LED bypassing the resistor, it doesn't burn).
