CONTEST I tried...

CONTEST
Shit! All of the good numbers are taken. Has anyone picked 89? I'll take that one because it's the biggest prime between 1 and 91. You said "between," so technically 1 and 91 are not valid. I'm overthinking it, yeah?

I was gonna put in a shameless plug and say Mojito, but my Behringer EM600 is the one pedal I can't live without.
If it wasn't for that ToneCore enclosure, I'd probably still have the Echo Park on my board.

Good News Everyone!!

It's Groundhog Day (again)! Regardless of his attitude today, it still looks cold outside so count me in 🥶

Thank you all for joining in! You've helped to provide me with yet another great shopping list ;)

A big thank you to my friend Robert, for continuing to put up with me! may the fig be with you!

Everyone is a winner in my eyes, but the correct guesses were submitted by @BuddytheReow & @Mcknib 🥳

Don't touch that dial....which back before color was invented, meant don't get up, walk over to the television and turn one of two large knobs that would tune to the desired frequency (assuming your rabbit-ears antenna was positioned just-so). Sometimes there was aerobics involved, depending on celestial activity but if you had enough experience you could choose between the 3-4 available channels. This took a LOT of planning if you really wanted to see a program, because if you missed it, tough luck. If you happened to be a kid, you were most likely overruled by adults if your show was during primetime.

Does that answer your ques.....oh crap...I've gotten lost again haven't I? Anyway stay tuned , which back in the day meant....

Now go build something! Why? Because I said so! 😘

I’m not falling for that one. I will hunt the remote for an hour before I carry my happy ass up to the TV and change the channel by hand. That’s for peasants.

I’m starting to think Douglas Adams was lying… but like any one vested in a flawed belief system I’m going to have to double down… I’m in to deep to quit now… from here on out in any contest my answer is 42 reguardless if we have to pick a random Color. And as always thanks for the good time @fig!

Did you make sure you knew the question when the answer 42 came to you?

The thing about blindly following an ideology is that you don’t read to much into it and critical thinking in highly discouraged, while using circular logic to “dig a deeper whole” As frustrating as it may seem I am unfortunately cornered into answering your question with the inevitable….. 42.

Indeed. I'd scrap that edict quicker than a New Year's Eve proposal.

Congratulations to the winners!

To the organizers of these contests and the whole community here goes the rarest jewel of them all, my sincere admiration.

This forum is one of the most wholesome, funny, informative, helpful, generous and positive places on the internet. I'm happy to be a part of it, albeit very small.

My finances and work have been unpredictable since last October but I hope to be able to resume building soon.

Have a good one everybody!

Your friend Andre.
