FS25444 for The Sweet

Is this another relabeled or complete unicorn transistor (like the FS36999)? I can't even find a datasheet online or typical gain values.

Yeah, I may have to hit the easy button, but I always like to at least try the original components (or as close as possible to it) to see if I can get my hands on them - like the old school 2N5133s in the build below... I wonder if it is just a 5133...

I seem to recall reading that the “FS” transistors were just rebrands. I may be misremembering, though. I wonder if Frantone got them from EHX. Anywho, I’m not helping.

That's my guess as well. Probably a fairly stock transistor with a spiffy unique name on it.
