Yeah....I've got a cure for that...called Grover.Does it have robo tuners?

Tube mic preamp you say? Take me money.Today was PCB day for meeeeeeee
Mercy Brown is a tube mic preamp (SMD bits are 240V SMPS on the left and 48V SMPS on the right) and 7/7 is a 15W amp based on Soldano SLO. I've always loved the Soldano sound but I love the tone and feel of EL84s, and I wanted something that wouldn't break my back, so a 15W SLO seemed like a winner. Planning to build a 1x12 combo cabinet for it.

That doesn't have those goofy automatic tuners does it??Technically not in the mail yet ...but soon. I'll get more shots when it does arrive. 2015 LP Special with P90s and a Schaller wraparound, and titanium nut...okay....I plan to try out some different pup combos though multiple cycles of evisceration....Igor, prepare that cot looking thing that we raise up to the ceiling....no the other one....I think it's near the tiki lights....thank you Igor.

I'm not opposed to the idea if it works as intended, but it's a very large (11" x 4") 4-layer board so the PCBs are on the pricey side.Any thoughts on releasing the 7/7 ??
Would love a low wattage Soldano sound.

Are you sure you’re not just down the road from him and he dropped by?Holy wow! @StompBoxParts is lightening fast. Placed an order yesterday afternoon. Arrived on my porch this afternoon. Thanks!
I’ve bought a crap ton of them and never used them in a build. A shame cause the ones I have are all super low leakage. Over 2M in some cases! Probably going to build a GE Big Muff or something along the sorts. Can’t wait to see you use them in your builds!I mean... come on!!!
It's like i need a "he has the docs" stinger...
Pretty sure these aren't fake Russian diodes!!!
My toan is gonna kick everyone else's toan in the toanads...

Lol. It’s a three hour drive. I’ve thought many times of taking a day trip to pick up in person. Are you sure you’re not just down the road from him and he dropped by?
This rules! This (see below) also arrived while I was away, and is an incredible thing, built and given to me by an incredible person.....THIS GUY!

It sounds amazing and corrects all my bad notes......well, okay...maybe not but I feel like a rockstar, thank you Dan & fam!![]()
Which Soviet diodes have you found to be low leakage? I've got tons of D9E, D9K, D9L, and D312A, and every single one is way too leaky for use in a Muff-type circuit.I’ve bought a crap ton of them and never used them in a build. Yes I have to agree all the D9X series seem to be very high leakage diodes. But the D18 diodes are the ones I’m specifically talking about. Every one I have are very very low leakage. I’ll have to give those a try next time I’m ordering from my man in Odesa. The D18s look super cool, too, which is always a plus.Yes I have to agree all the D9X series seem to be very high leakage diodes. But the D18 diodes are the ones I’m specifically talking about.
