This actually came a few days ago, but I only finished my last final crit of the semester last night, and I was working in the studios at school 22 hours a day for the past week, so I didn’t get to open it until now…

Moonn PCBs from the sale they had back in the end of March. Picked a few PCBs, and then also got a few of the mystery packs. He even threw in a few extras! Definitely looking forward to making some weird sounds— the time based ones will probably all be used for my synths. Here’s what we’ve got:

Out here at the bottom of Africa, there's usually a lengthy wait for overseas goodies to arrive. My first Aion order arrived on Monday (took two months or so while clearing through our post office). As below, Lumin, Redshift, and Meridian. Will get to these in due course.



Then yesterday my Tayda order arrived after a couple of days clearing customs. DHL got in touch with queries regarding the applicable clearance codes and dealing with them directly reduced the import costs drastically (in fairness to them). Explaining the purpose of an electrolytic cap to 'laymen' was worth the effort, it seems.



This contains all the missing parts for my upcoming Hydra build, for which I copped out and ordered a pre-drilled enclosure from Tayda. Yes, granted I could drill it myself but having waited for the right moment (the stars to be aligned?) I really don't want to bork this aspect. $4.50 seems negligible to spare myself the cursing and self-kicking when (if) I muck up the drilling aspect.

At bottom left, four black spst switches which struck my fancy for a moar black style finish when I eventually get to housing same.

Can't wait to get to all these builds but some other pressing deadlines have to be addressed beforehand. Thanks for reading and have a great weekend, y'all.
