Just picked this up from a buddy for $300. I feel good about it. The power adapter needs some love but it works like a charm! Just need a wizard cape now!

The Harmon Kardons? Or the krks? The harmons are so wonderful for the mids. Ive been using them for almost twenty years now. Both video and audio get checked on those before getting sent out.

This is so far outta my paygrade. I can run a live/recording board blindfolded with one hand tied behind my back. This just feels like a different class of battleship. I was just hoping for some mic pre's to salvage or transformers/VUs...something. Ya gonna make me feel bad if a take it apart! Supposedly it works!

Really more for some longer range plans (but I think two of the Lastgasp boards I’m about to populate have flexible pinouts that could accommodate them). I tested a handful of them with the Peak 75 and they have a nice range of HFEs.

Been meaning to get some of those. What seller did you go with?

Aion sale sucked me in, but only for one board. Baby steps to build sobriety. Actually this is going to hang out until I can get one of the resident circuit geniuses to take a peak at my thread in the Modification section ab tacking on the sludgehammer’s balanced out block to this beasty. Anyone?
