I don't see any full ones in there. That probably means you're doing a good job.

Got the itch to try one more Albini-spec Percolator, and I'm really digging this one. It's total dull shittiness without a buffer up front, but once it's hit with one, it opens up to clang city

Using d9ks for their slightly higher vF than the 1N695s I have on hand. This set brings em almost perfectly to unity gain with my Alumitones

That I couldn't say, but all of my demos have been with a 30"baritone tuned to A, if that helps at all.
Without a buffer in front of it, they're all kinda dark and not terribly exciting, in my opinion. That might be what you want on bass, though

You could also throw the three resistors and one cap that differ between the standard and Albini versions on a 4pdt toggle to get both
