Keeping up with my niche game interests, I've been very much into Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead. It's a pretty old roguelike which puts you in the middle of a... well, let's say "zombie apocalypse", although there's a bunch of other scifi and horror influences thrown in - man sized wasps and ants, Mi-Go's and other extradimensional stuff.
The main aim of the game is to be a rather realistic immersive sim style thing. For example, all your inventory space is based on pockets, so for example a jacket has a few small pockets while a duffel bag will have one large pocket. Pockets have volume, max weight and length restrictions, so you can not put a quarterstaff in a jacket pocket, for example.
It's definitely not for everyone, but I'm really enjoying building my base, figuring out electricity and vehicles (even if they look pretty funky when driving diagonally) and working my way towards a set of tools I can use to build more advanced stuff.
Also had a classic comedy trope happen to me where I threw a grenade at a pretty nasty zombie variant, and afterwards only realized that of course it's the kind of game where you have to pull the pin first
Edit: Shout out to there being soldering irons, breadboards, electric guitars and amplifier heads in the game - soldering irons are used for repairing and building stuff, obviously, and guitars work as a weapon (or entertainment), I think amp heads are only for spare parts though. Breadboards can be used to practice electronics, though, to get your skill up!
