BUMP!

Maybe in time for Gristmas!

Which ones specifically?
TRIAD TY-250P ...

... and we'll need super-cool project PCBs to go along with it, such as Frank Appleton's Trans-Boost, which IIRC, John Kallas had a hand in tweaking the circuit.

The TY-250P, alas an arachnid, isn't a drop-in replacement for the TY-141P bug — 8-legs vs 6-legs respectively,
BUT the 250P has WWWAAAYYYY-superior frequency response, runs the gamut of human-hearing — so great for Bass, Synths, Vox, anything, etc.

Maybe an ADAPTER-PCB of some kind, if possible to run the 250P in place of the 141P.

The TY-141p may have a worse frequency response on paper, but based on the testing done by some people over at GroupDIY the 141p extends right down to 20hz and up to 20khz without much distortion, as long as you're sensible with the impedance.

One person has used it as the input on every channel of a custom designed mixing console such is their confidence it its performance.
