smart phone holder that doesn't obstruct the lenses

Lacking a proper camera for filming my setup, I'm looking for a smart phone holder that doesn't obstruct
the lenses. Anybody aware of a corresponding device that can be attached to a stand?

If you unscrew the little clamp-holder from the end of a cheap selfie stick, the ones I’ve seen are all 1/4-20 thread which is the standard for camera tripod mounts.

I think this is the Selfie Stick clamp they're talking about. I use it whenever I'm using my phone on a tripod.
