Ehx Russian bassballs footswitch

A friend of mine gave me his Bassballs to have a look at and it looks like the footswitch is toast. Does anyone know how EHX wires these up? I'm assuming I could replace it with a 3pdt but am unsure which lugs to use. Any help would be appreciated.

You can wire it up with a 3PDT exactly how it's done there, just ignore the center column of lugs.

(Keeping in mind the footswitch is rotated 90 degrees in that photo)

I was going to suggest what @Robert said but for enlightenment here's an old schematic that shows what looks like the DPDT connections on the output you could continuity check yours to see if it's the same

Middle I'd assume one to out tip the other to ground / sleeve

One outer lug not connected the other to LED cathode

2nd outer one to Direct / bypass going to the 2M2 the other to effect and the 220K
