Slightly modified clone of the Boss MT-2 on a GCI board for a commission. Customer wanted this actually kinda snazzy silver hammered enclosure with red Boss-style knobs

Only diversion from the build doc is the use of infrared LEDs, and LF353s in place of the TL072s

It's a Metal Zone with some clipping options. Sounds damned good, and has a huge range, I'm especially fond of both clipping switches set to LED.
It's been years since I've owned an actual MT-2, but I swear this one has a shit ton more output volume, even set to stock clipping

Easy build, classic circuit. A few too many knobs for my tastes, but it does its thing well

The stamps look great on that finish. I’m a little surprised how crisp the edge definition is on that deep texture.

Freshly cleaned, and I used a bit more ink than I normally would. Pretty happy with it overall
