Dirt Dauber Not Working (2nd Build)

I had an issue with my first build and the forum solved it for me so I'm hoping you guys can do the same for my 2nd Build. This Dirt Dauber powers on, LEDs work, and I get a clean tone. Knobs, switch, and Octave footswitch do nothing, and the Bypass footswitch kills the signal to the amp.

My 1st build (Snuffy Fuzz) and this one seem like pretty simple builds compared to most other pedals. I take my time, work carefully and double check each step before soldering, but dang, pedal building is hard! Having fun though :)

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Not saying it will fix it, but it's good practice with painted enclosures to remove the paint around where the in/out jacks are inside the box. It can mess with grounding.

When you say the bypass switch “kills signal to the amp” you mean when the pedal is switched on and the LED is on right? Your bypass switch looks like it’s wired correctly so it should bypass clean signal when switched off. I would get a multi meter and check the continuity of all the traces. I had a dirt dauber pcb with a defective trace under the solder mask that couldn’t be seen. A jumper solved the issue.
