Schottky BAT47: equivalent?

I'm building a Mayonaise III clone, and it uses a BAT47 in line with the incoming 9V rail.
I'm not finding these readily available anywhere - is there a viable substitute for this application?

47's have been obselete for a while, but almost any schottky will work in this position.
