3PDT Breakout Board with Brightness Control question

Hi,
When using one of these boards with LED brightness control, just double checking: what I do for LED resistor and LED pads on the PCB? Do I put jumpers in both?

If you want to use the LED on the breakout board you would jumper the current limiting resistor and LED on the main PCB.

If you want to use the LED on the main effect PCB you would jumper the current limiting resistor on the main PCB, and the LED on the breakout board.
