This is a tough pedal. It is tough due to the enclosure and fitting the circuit. Here are some tips that I learned-
1. Dry fit as much as you can, so that you can properly align the pots, etc.
2. Make sure that you order the right jacks and the grounding piece for the jack. If you don’t have the grounding piece, you can ground the circuit without it.
3. Use cut off resistor leads to connect the rotary pot to the main circuit board. The leads offer some flexibility of placement and made it easier and more forgiving.
On my drill template, I placed the power jack too high, but I was able to elevate the jack and made it work.
I could use some help. I saw that there was one thread hypothesizing on how the proprietary expression pedal is wired. I have tried those options, but didn’t have much luck. With that said, does anyone know how to wire the expression pedal? @Robert any suggestions?
The art was a lot of fun and hard to learn. I googled a video on making “glitchy” font for Adobe. It looks better in person, but the pictures do a decent job.
Thanks!
