Adding an Octave Footswitch to the Mini Parentheses

Hey all,
Im not great at understanding schematics or anything so please excuse the silliness here. But is it possible to add a footswitch to turn the Octave on and off on the Mini Parentheses? I want to try to fit the large board’s capabilities in a 1590BB if possible. Thanks all!

Sure.

Don't connect lug 2 of the Octave pot to the PCB, leave it floating.

Looking at a single column on a 3PDT:

Connect Pad 2 of the PCB (where Lug 2 of the Octave pot normally would have connected) to the center lug of the 3PDT
Connect Lug 1 of the Octave Pot to the top lug of the 3PDT (Lug 1 will still be connected to the PCB like normal)
Connect Lug 2 of the Octave Pot to the bottom lug of the 3PDT
