According to them... Sick As looks much like a Klon with Baxandall tone stack.
Bass - B50K
Treble - B50K
BAX:
4n7/4n7 arround Treb Pot - 33n/33n/4.7k/4.7k Arround bass Pot - 33k/10k Betwen them... Just like the BB preamp or others.
Level - A10K
Clean/Drive - B100k Dual Gang
IC - OPA43134
IC - LT1054 / CHarge Pump
Diodes looks like BAT46/silicon
4 x 1uF
2 x 68n"

I put a bax stack in a klon build, not exactly same as values the sick as, but I guess it’s the same idea.
Not the most easy mod since there’s so many extra parts, so an actual pcb for the sick as would be better.

Which Version - There's 3 of them that I know off?
1st- No Buffer.
2nd - Buffer with Relay switch Popping issue.
3rd - True Bypass Relay switch.
then there was limited editions with different clipping diodes ........
I would like a standard Version with Buffer & True Bypass option to cover both bases!

Version 1 would probably be the easiest to make a PCB for. That way the pedalpcb relay could be used if soft touch was desired

Wow, just clicked on the title to see if there was any development on this.... only to see that I was the person who posted those gut shots 4 years ago on Guitar Fx Layouts 
This is the Original '' Sick As '' non buffered below, you can see how it turned Klone like in Version 2 above!
I believe Version 2 had issues with the relay bypass switching '' Pinging ''.
Version 3 - Top Mounted Jacks
Version 4 followed with Surface Mount PCB, No Bezel on LED ........................

Hey there. I’m wondering if you have the issue of the switch popping loudly when stepping of. The foot switch? I get a loud pop coming through my amps especially when turning the sick as on. Mine is brand new and Bondi will not reply to any of my inquires. Ready to offload the pedal but it does sound pretty damn good when engaged.
I got in touch with a Music store that has just received the latest batch & he confirmed that they all '' Pop '' when switched On & Off !!!
