I've rev-engineered several from these over the years using the service manual PCB layouts - most recently the MIJ Boss DS-1.

FYI - the DS-1A service manual has a cleaner version of the MIJ DS-1 schematic, as well as the original MIJ layout.
Another FYI - if you're able to work out the HF-2 Hi-Band Flanger layout, you can (theoretically) use that to build a BF-2 as well. Different part values in some places, but the architecture is pretty much the same.
