Buffer with the Octarock Octave

I'm really excited to build the Octarock, and am going to start planning a big parts order for my next few projects. I'd like to put a buffer where I'm planning the Octarock in my signal chain, and want to know, if I build the Kliche buffer or C-Buffer into the Octarock will it negatively impact the tracking or the sound in any way. Is the Octarock the type of pedal that is impacted by impedance?

A buffer should have no negative impact. In fact, the first stage of the Octarock is a JFET buffer.

Awesome thanks. So would a buffer do anything, or will the included one act similar to a C-buffer or Kliche buffer? Really look forward to this build! You've really been knocking out new pedals at quite the pace. Lots to look forward to.

@Robert so does that mean if I use the C-buffer I would want to jumper over the input buffer on the C-buffer?

If the two buffers are of good quality, stacking two into each other shouldn't be a problem. Noting that the Octarock is built for true-bypass, meaning the input buffer will only kick in when the effect is turned on.
