I have admired a lot of everyone's pictures on the build reports. I have tried to "up my game" with a DIY camera booth but I still find some of the pictures lacking. I am sure others have thought of this idea, but I thought of sharing it. I like the backgrounds to have some variety and compliment the pedal. The booth that I created is limited. So, I thought I would try a different approach for the backgrounds.
I took this picture in the photo booth and copied it into Adobe Illustrator. Similar to @Fingolfen 's instructions for placing pictures on a pedal design, I vectorized it and expanded the picture. I removed the background from the photo booth and placed a simple colored rectangle behind it. I think it worked relatively well. See what you think.
