Yes... I know this is an absolute moonshot but maybe we can get some pictures of one some how? I know he used to take DD2 and dd3 and mod them but the ones like John mayer's are different. Maybe we can somehow get one into Mr. PedalPCBs hands
 
For the Dry toggle you can just break the signal going to the Mix pot.

The Tx4 switch isn't quite as easy to hack into the existing board.... originally the way that worked was just a second mode on the EEPROM with 1/4 the maximum delay time. This is similar to how the TES works, it switches between the 200mS / 800mS modes of the DD-2.
 
I've never heard of the TES, but I did coincidentally build the DMD2 with the C Buffer bypass and it's my favorite delay.
