Ahh ok, I thought it might be.
If you haven't already, pull out the opamp and reinstall it just to be sure.
Do you hear anything at all when you turn the pots back and forth?
What about if you unplug / reapply power with the pedal active? Any pops, chirps, etc?
Hard to tell from the picture angle, but is 51p C5 position cap making contact with the anode pad of the LED?
Son of a gun! I thought I might have had my first solve. I'd probably check to see if either there is a cold solder joint that got knocked loose when it fell, or if one of the wires coming out of the break out board to the board got knocked together in a way that are causing the to short together.
I've got an audio probe if you need to borrow it, probably easier to make your own though.
It's the best troubleshooting tool IMOBuilding one is on my to do list, although keeps getting pushed back with the new PCBs I keep getting!
