First time in a long time on the board. Just finished this BAMF of a noise maker. Super fun pedal and build. I kind of hate the middle selector knob so I’ll likely be on the look out for something more appropriate for this look. Enjoy!

It sounds even more wild. This truly is one of the wackiest fuzz pedals I’ve ever played. Right up there with the Earthquakes Data Corruptor.

I had the Swarm before, I thought I could make it work... But I never really could. I think you would have to know a bit more theory or be better with scales than I was, I only used the octaves pretty much and no funny intervals. And the fuzz is just one sound, no options to change it.

But man, it was also pretty fun, and I love the "slowly dropping" thing it does at certain settings when you stop playing. I don't think I could justify it for over 200€, but maybe a 50€ hand built one could be possible in the future.

I love the look (and tidy guts), although I agree the middle knob could go. I wonder if a black mini chickenhead or similar might work? Or it might get too cramped. I like chickenheads on paper, but usually they're just too large for my uses. I used this one https://www.musikding.de/index.php?a=928&bewertung_anzeigen=1 on my EF120 build which looks great IMO, but it's also pretty big.
