Golden Falk Vcc.

I'm looking at the Golden Falk schematic right now and I like that drain voltages are given. I assume they were measured in the original pedal. What was the Vcc value in the original? Because of the voltage reverse polarity protection we have less than 9V here. Is there also protection diode in series in the original?

I just populated mine yesterday and built it 100% stock to the build doc and drain voltages printed on the PCB and it rips.

Yes, the voltages were measured on the original.

There doesn't appear to have been any form of polarity protection unless it was mounted directly on the DC jack. This was one of the rare occasions where I traced the circuit from photos provided by the owner.
