Gorva Pots?

They're a bit more twice as much as the Alpha pots I buy from Tayda, is that because of the tighter tolerance?

I'm ok with the price difference if the quality is there, don't won't to pay 2-3 times as much for rebranded alpha pots, also the cusack pots at stompboxes are nice and still half that price

I'd definitely try them I've used their enclosures and 3PDTs both of which are nice

If you're into etching the not too big extra cost of their enclosures is worth it they're basically ready to etch without any sanding the 3PDTs are cheaper than the alpha ones

I've also had more than a few dud alphas in the past wee while around 7 that's after years with zero problems and I buy alphas from the big boys over here Rapid etc

Would buying a higher value pot then tuning them with a resistor be just as good? I have done that in a pinch and it worked out well got c50k pot dead nuts to 25k like that. I just had to sort through a few resistors.

I mean they're 100% white label Alpha potentiometers (only so many people make potentiometers and if it was anyone else they'd be 3x the price) but if they truly are ±10% compared to Alpha's typical 20% I could see that being worth it in some scenarios for people. Can't imagine it being worth it for me personally though.

For what it's worth, the Cusack Pots are rated at:

Tolerance: <10% typical, 20% max

I'd love to see a comparison between all four typical pots: Alphas from SmallBear, Tayda, Gorvo, Cusack. Could be cool.
