Having already built @Robert 's version of the Eternity Burst, I thought I'd try some different clippers in the GuitarPCB version.
There are so many variants of the Lovepedal Eternity that I have no clue what the differences are between them but they sound different on the video demos.
For the clippers I decided to pair the 1N914's with 1N4001's since they sounded so good on my recent "Mammal" build.
Well, just goes to show, there's more to an overdrive than the clippers, heh.
It sounds different, the gain is a bit more jagged. I think I like my original version better though.
I generally don't like to build GuitarPCB boards as most of them don't lend themselves well to top jacks. But this one was so tiny that it fit well.
I may pull the clippers and try something other combination at some point.
Using up some odds and ends knobs.
Not interesting enough for a demo.
