There’s nothing masking tape and liquid metal/putty cannot fix. Honestly tape a sheet of plastic outside with grease applied to hole surface and put some liquid metal there from inside. Wait a day and sand flush and then remove tape and the piece of plastic.

Metal epoxy, metal putty and liquid metal. 2-component adhessive/filler which can take quite a lot torque. Some people fix car engines with it.
Well I never knew this was a thing. I could of saved 100s of cases

Well maybe 1 or 2. I’m at a complete loss as to how I managed it, but even worse only noticed when I came to install the jack sockets.
Ha! I am developing quite a collection in various sizes of those plugs!
I have some black plastic plugs similar to that which are slightly domed and fit into a jack sized hole perfectly. I have used them on a Marshall build when converting a 4-hole plexi style amp to a Master Volume style, which only uses two jacks. You sometimes find them as "blanking plugs" and they do indeed come in a variety of sizes. I've bought them on Ebay.

Then insert some cool AMP JEWELS for a bitchin' bypass indicator.
