Life device fuzz section diode direction

I am currently building my life device pedal and when testing the fuzz section the signal does not seem to get beyond d1 and D2, I am wondering if the diode direction is correct on the circuit diagram.

Hey thanks for your reply, this board does not look like the one I'm working with.
Let me know if maybe the one you posted is a newer version perhaps or any more information.

Some diodes label the anode side and some label the cathode side, if you have a dmm you can test which is which

Does it have a schematic you can look at and compare to the traces on the board to make sure they are going in the right direction?

The PCB Guitar Mania build doc schematic has the diodes the other way around compared to the PedalPCB one. You can try flipping them around, which, at a first glance, would make more sense anyway.

From one of the reviews: "Diode 1 and 2 are drawn backwards on the schematic and on the PCB. Flip them around and it sounds amazing."
