Thanks. I was reading through that thread already and have some ideas. I am in Australia currently so will probably just stick with Tayda. It sounds like most people are using affinity designer and then changing the files to an AI format?

Tayda will probably be the best option then. When you submit the file to Tayda, you submit it as a PDF with layers. Affinity offers this option in the export menu. Just be sure to read through that thread for specifics on file format and export options.

I'm running into a problem with the 82uf capacitors. The ones I ordered from Stompbox parts are too thick but I can't find any elsewhere, any suggestions? (Tayda didn't have any when I checked)

I got some giant 82µF capacitors from StompBox Parts when I ordered from there as well. I ended up ordering more appropriately sized caps from Mouser: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/667-EEU-FC1E820H
