What really ticks me off is $2.75 a pound for chicken wings. WTF? All fat and bone and skin? why!!!!

And at the exact same moment EVERYONE stopped selling whole chickens. Even Robert Irvine said "....and don't even bother with chicken wings, you can't make any money off those anymore"

I used to butcher two whole chickens, *and* debone the breasts in 20 minutes for both.

Last time I could find any was beginning of the pandemic. Then they just vanished. Tell me that's just 'by accident'.

I finally saw a whole chicken at Costco a month ago, but instead of .87 a pound it was like 2.35. You can buy a whole chicken COOKED at Costco for $5.

They changed all the Ralphs that are close to me into FOOD FOR LESS. I bloody hell hole with high prices and no selection....

It's the store I met Joan Jet in. Her Mom lives in Sylmar, on a horse ranch. I see her occasionally. Brown hair! Looks nothing like she does on stage....

Yes! She's about 5'5" I'd say. I'm 5'6.5" and I she was "just the right size". I don't wear a wedding ring, and she was looking at my left hand and smiling like "ask me out"

Oh holy mother of God I had to tell her I was married. AAARRRGGGHHH.....

Anytime I get to actually visit my place in Huntington I LOVE to get to Ralphs. Grocery stores here in Chicago just blow. Produce is horrible. I'll hand it to Jewel and Mariano's though: pay big money for rib-eye steaks and they don't disappoint.

Well I've always loved the chicken legs the most and I get those for 99 cents a pound. Never really like the other parts. Lucky for me I guess!!!!

I really should have at least gotten her phone number, and stayed friends. BBQ's and jamming would have been great fun and my wife would have been there too. She knew all the Eagles, BEFORE they were famous, and partied with them and Jackson Brown who lived in the upstairs apartment.

Like, especially since my wife passed away three years ago, I keep thinking I should try to contact Joan........

Now Jackson Brown's mom was my sister's English teacher. Small world, huh? Jackson asked my sister out, but she turned him down since she was engaged....

Meat prices can be the joke, 3 stores all within 10 min of me, diff type of meats at diff prices.. 1 place pork is the sub $2/lb another it's the beef at a bargain and the 3rd is poultry...

nad for the joke, guy at a boutique builder meets Pete Towsned and asks him to listen to this new fuzz pedal..

I met the brother of the drummer of Chicago in college! I also met Pearl Bailey, we both had an hour of 'nothing to do' between classes and hung out together for a year. Saw her years later with her REALLY HOT daughter who was way too young for me, lol.....

I can't read any of that but I tend to assume that absolutely everything is bullshit. This includes people calling out bullshit, they're also bullshit.
