This was one of if not the most challenging build so far in my short career of building pedals. I sat on this board and faceplate for over 6 months. Finally got everything I needed for it. All DIY from drilling out the enclosure to painting with a rattle can.

The main challenge was getting everything to fit properly. I made some mistakes along the way and had to sort of figure some things out which made it harder on myself. But overall so much credit to @Robert for putting this project together. He really needs recognition for making a brilliant a layout. Super clever how everything works together.

Shoutout out to @DailyDovetails for the link for the dip switches. I purchased the same ones that he posted a link for but the ones I got look different but I really like the ones I got.

This sounds great. Wow, it really is option paralysis in the best way. So much great Muff-age going on.

Really happy with how this came out. Sounds fantastic.

Great looking build, the blue goes nice with the faceplate.

Are those rocker dip switches?

Also, where did you source your GE transistors? I have the pcb, faceplate and a tayda-drilled enclosure for this in my possession. It’s really just sourcing the GE transistors that’s holding the build up.

Thanks!

Yep. This is the link for the dip switches

I got these and a bunch of other of lots of transistors from a seller on ebay. I get some then test them to find good ones

That came out nice. I also felt this one was pretty hard. I think I like the switches they sent you more.

I haven’t been keeping up here lately. I hope everyone is doing well. I have been taking a break from building while we move and I setup my new office/shop. I’m hoping to get back to building in the next couple weeks/month.

Man, just the definition of a clean build. This is definitely 100% a pedal from PPCB that more than benefits from using a faceplate.

Nice work!!!

I've had that board/faceplate for almost a year. Your post just moved that project up in line from my massive backlog.
