SOLVED Muffin Fuzz

I built the Muffin Fuzz with the Green Russian components. the Led turns on when the footswitch is engaged but I don’t get any sound. Clean guitar goes through just fine when not engaged. I attached a picture and can take better ones tonight. Any ideas?

Those wires are way way too long, That is not going to cause it not to work but it will help with unwanted noise. Also you need to clean up the back of the PCB with some IPA, but first probably reflow some of those joints. It shouldn't matter, but I don't think you need a jumper at R23.

The jumper at R23 is your problem. Either leave that open, or install a 1M resistor there.
