Looks like similar to the ODR-C being an updated take on the ODR-1, the ODR-CS is an updated take on the ODR-S - the mid band of the EQ can boost and cut whereas it could only boost on the ODR-S, and the hard-clipping stage uses germanium diodes that can seemingly be blended in or out of the circuit (can't really tell from the ad-copy or if something didn't make it through google translate properly)
It's probably not quite as transformative as the ODR-C was over the ODR-1, but it sounds interesting!
