Now Playing... What are you Listening to Right Now?

I've spent a few hours over the past week learning the bassline for this one, so it's been in my head pretty much non-stop. Such a fun line to play, too. What a jammin song.

 
I've been obsessing over the project from Fates Warning guitar player Jim Matheos called OSI. Not really in my wheelhouse but I really like the keys and vocals and having Mike Portnoy on the first couple albums and Gavin Harrison on the last couple certainly doesn't suck.
 
After 30 years of being a fan, I saw Carcass a week ago Thursday. It was a bucket list show for me, and I'm glad I did. I was in a mood to listen to all their stuff, and then realized I never listened to Bill Steer's blues rock band he had after Carcass broke up in 96. I put it on, and damn it's good. I don't normally listen to stuff like this, but he's a riff machine. He isn't bad on the bluesy vocals either.
