Pauper issue - to much "clean" sound in OD-mode.

Hi, I just finished building the Pauper and I feel that it has too much clean string sound in od mode. (and very little distortion.)
When I increase the gain the clean sound increases much more than the distorted .
I have built it before and it sounded right and I just finished a Paragon and when I compare them the boost and distortion modes sounds the same but there is a big difference in od mode.
I have triple checked all the component values they are at the right places and I have reflowed all connections and the voltages are similar to those in other threads (and compared to the Paragon build.)

Does anybody have a clue to what could be wrong?

First of all send pictures of your build otherwise it's near impossible to diagnose a weird issue like that.

Second of all, despite what I just said I'd bet the resistor in series with the clipping diodes is wrong, which is why you get tons of clean bleed through.

But anyway, please post pictures, ideally both sides of the PCB.

Thanks for the reply!
R7, R8, R9 & R15 are the right values (220K, 6.8K, 1K, 1K)
I have changed R3 to 100K instead of 10K.
I cut the trace from the diodes to the R9/R15 junction to test and have put a jumper cable instead.
