SOLVED Pedal Worked Yesterday - Not Today

This is a the Mini Me from Guitar PCB, a Small Clone clone. When I finished it yesterday it worked. Today it doesn't pass any signal in bypass or when engaged. Seems like all the wiring connections are still connected.

Also, could indicate a cold solder joint. Did you build it yesterday?

Ah that seems to have been it, thank you. I rotated it away from the enclosure and it’s working.
That however made the tip of the jack dangerously close to touching that chip in the upper left. I have inserted a piece of plastic to separate the legs of the chip from the tip of the jack. Is that a good idea, is it necessary?

A cold solder joint can work and then fail at some point?
I built it bit by bit over a couple of days. When I was done and verified that it was working, I took it out of the enclosure, added the decal and some clear coat, and put it back in the enclosure. Which was yesterday, and then I checked it again and it worked.

any steps you take to stop the tips of the jacks from shorting to the enclosure or PCB are steps worth taking.
