I'd like to try a Point to Point fuzz or maybe even something as ambitious as a Reeves Electro Leo LINK

But ya kinda gotta know that you've got a winner of a circuit before you commit to all of those pricey retro parts.

I honestly havent built more than a couple of OP Amp fuzzes so I'm looking for a recommendation for a Anyone know of a rock solid FUZZ circuit That would make

Reeves Zo LINK looks interesting and sounds like it's based on a pretty common circuit.

Also, I'm a firm believer that if you do P-T-P builds with op-amps, they should be metal-can op-amps...

I mean, can you imagine ruining this beautiful build of Music6000's with a rectangular plastic package IC?

Unfortunately, they were out of 33K resistors....

got some 27k and 39k ordered so we have the enemy surrounded...
