Random pix

68 gigabytes of high resolution TIFF scans of all of the film that I shot on my trip to Europe back in December/January. Gonna be another 2+ hours to download them. Very psyched tho!

Here’s a handful of the pics— just compressed down to JPEG thumbnails for now before I go in and edit the TIFFs

Oh and the nerd stuff for anyone interested, the color is Fuji 400, daytime b/w is Ilford HP5+ at box speed, and night us HP5+ pushed to 1600iso. I believe all shot with a Nikkor 50mm f/2 lens on my trusty Nikkormat FT-2

Oh yeah, that’s the stuff. I was a photographer at one time. I had a darkroom for B&W, I loved it. Much like any hobby, I started doing it for money and soon wasn’t taking pictures unless I was making money. So, that was the end of that. That’s why this is hobby is for me.

My youngest had a cake like that for three birthdays in a row 🤣 except it was a car on a track with grass. Wife was a cake decorator for a while, so that helped

Y'all think you have it rough? Try raising your young in the top of a tree in a snow storm.

Tough indeed, not to mention the total invasion of privacy.

My brother's ex-wife made me a cat-box cake for my birthday once. It was visually too realistic, but still tasted great.

Guess I better upload a pic, since I'm hare...

This pic was taken 19 Dec 2024 through our front window. The little hare was hunkered down there all day. Our ChowChow luckily didn't see it or she would've barked her head off — we took her around the back to & from the house for her walks to keep her from spotting the Wascally wittle Wabbit. Surprisingly, she didn't pic up the scent. Twas purdy durned cold that day as I recall.
