It's not a competition, well, with others, rather a competition with ourselves to see what works best for us.
What surprised me was the pervasiveness of sidejacks — of willingly, knowingly, intentionally CHOOSING... yet other larger builds have the proper jack placement.

Are those some type of artichoke? I used to grow them but the Argentine ants would farm them with aphids and kill them off. The entire SoCal area used to be covered with these ants but Covid killed them all. Weird but true. To wit, I just ordered some artichoke seeds. A bit late in the season but they'll have time for a decent harvest.....

Nah, this is the only brand I feel deserving of a completionist approach.
These pedals do not tend to be used on pedalboards, but on tables for live performance. Sidejacks just make way more sense in my scene. Every show, a new chain. I dislike top jacks.

My thought was for what we call "Monarde" in french. We have here at home some nice red double ones... not in flower yet. Tried some beer made of those once and it was good.
