A while ago (back in August 2022, gulp!) I bought a busted Boss CH-1 which I was hoping I could fix up. The pedal was in much worse condition than I realized (lesson learned: ask for more pictures) so not a great deal and not worth fixing.
However, it did contain two very valuable chips (probably worth half what I paid - oh well), the MN3007 and MN3101. Today I finally decided to desolder them (I gotta thank @Robert for teaching me the right method to do that).
So the obligatory question now is: what can I build with these two chips? Would they work in the Caesar or Cepheid? What about the Low Tide? Anything else you guys would recommend?
Edit: I guess it'll work in the Cepheid, what about any others?
Finally, do you think there is anything else worth salvaging on this board? My guess is no, but I thought I'd ask. Also if you guys are interested in it or in the enclosure (it's missing the bottom), send me a PM.
