This was....a build.
JFET switching didn't work (PCB/schematic error), got sent the wrong impedance tanks, couple of footprints weren't ideal, LED is annoyingly offset by about 2.5mm, but I've almost got the issues fixed and functioning. The tone control doesn't really do....much? I probably need to do a bit more noodling and playing loud to see if I can notice much of a difference (my 18 month niece is staying with us and always seems to be sleeping when I've got time to test). I'm still trying to get the drive/recovery levels right so it doesn't runaway oscillate at max volume/dwell, and I'm about 90% of the way there - sure you wouldn't have the issues if you had the right tanks.
If anybody builds one and wants the JFET switching to work, SW1C needs to go to -9v, not ground - thankfully pin 4 on IC2 is directly above the pad hole so an easy enough change to make. I have let SG know but don't know when he'll update gerbers.
It's actually a really lovely reverb - not super long, but does the classic spring tank sound incredibly well.
Sort of tight fit into a 1590XX, but can be done - I'll share a Tayda drill plan if anybody wants to do one themselves.
