First off I totally have to thank @Carlinb17 for being so gracious as to send me some smdj201’s to build this one. Would’ve had this done weeks ago but the graphics were the pain in the ass with this build. They aren’t perfect but after 4 other failed attempts I just wanted it to be done. Missing the border and my city and state, but the rest came out pretty good. I guess I was trying to figure out what rhymed with Benson and Venison came to mind so I ran with it. Turns out htv isn’t as smooth as an option as I had hoped but maybe I need more practice. Anyways on the circuit. I dig this one. Sort of reminds me of a dod 250 mixed with a Wampler pinnacle. Plenty of gain, nice and gritty and can get almost fuzzy, which is my kind of dirt pedal. The tone controls work really well. First time using smdj201’s and adapter (and I have to thank a guy on the pedalpcb forum who was kind enough to send me them)

I’m eager to finish mine. I also went with the OG layout in a 1590BB (and black cupcake knobs!), such a good look.

Man that turned out nice! I've noticed a lot of the SOBs show up in Troubleshooting before arriving here, so kudos for avoiding that as well.

Looks Great!! Someone had hooked me up with parts just after I sent you some not to mention any names @fig. Graphics are definitely the most difficult for me and sometimes I sometimes have to use smaller knobs because the labels are too close to the holes even though I definitely thought I would be ok. Congrats on the build and enjoy! What are you building next?

Up next is….hmmm. That’s a good question. I have a few mostly populated boards right now. But most of them I am missing one component. (For example I asssumed 1u capacitors were all electrolytic) so I am waiting on a small bear order which I was hoping would arrive today, but now looks like it’s coming Monday. So I’ll probably finally build the simpler fuzzes this weekend. Mosrite fuzz rite and black ash (cant remember the pedalpcb names for them at the moment) I was organizing my parts the other day and found the transistors sockets I forgot I ordered so I can finally get those put together and have some fun playing with transistors
