Tayda Drill tool question

This is sort of just to confirm how the measurements for the co-ordinates work from the centre point of the pedal?

There is a pedal I want to build from Aion effects but they don't have a kit or pre-drilled enclosure. Their drill templates are unfortunately in imperial and all measurements were taken from the centre of the top surface of the pedal. Just wanted to confirm that it is the same with the Tayda tool and all I will have to do is convert to metric.
