I like it anyway you can make it…with fried egg on a sandwich, in an omelette, mixed with eggs and peppers and onions, cubed sautéed with onions and thrown in anything (pasta, Mac and cheese, Heinz Beans in Tomato Sauce (UK)). The fact that cigarettes and Spam aren’t good for you is proof that life isn’t fair…
