VFE has canceled his authorized builder program

They do, but there should have been a period of time allowed for the folks who already built them before the program ended.
Very true. I think that plays into why I never tried with the program. Too many ways for it to go south on me. He gets his money and I get stuck with unsold stock.

I agree, but I do remember seeing the timeframe restrictions in the builder agreement
I remember it being "as long as you pay for the month, you are good for the level you pay for". The only thing that would get you cut off was doing bad work that would tarnish the brand.

I have no skin in the game, and I shouldn’t rake the guy over the coals, he most likely didn’t do anything with malicious or deceptive intent, we have all made mistakes and at the moment wasn’t what we intended and wasn’t a good look, it could from my perspective and the little I actually know on this subject could be some misunderstanding but that said, this is the age of the internet and this is his moment… 🤣

It looks like he took down the account logins as well. Edit: nevermind , it just didn't show up on mobile.

Did anyone who bought the Motherloard ever get the notification to download the final revision? Edit: it came in the indiegogo campaign update.

I just logged in. Logins still work and I see all of my orders. The last notification I got was around September last year, when the last Motherload update happened (that I know of).

That's not true. He always said he would continue to do small runs. It even said so on the authorized builder page.

Peter indicated that might be a possibility on rare occasions. And in that case it would not stop people from operating as authorized resellers if that happened now and then. And to some extent builders may have invested something in inventory to make some pedals to sell under those terms.

And those plans for whatever reason did not work out. It does not mean Peter is a bad guy. I think he means well and time will tell how this plays out. I have no doubt a lot of VFE boards were ordered by folks on this forum with some thought of selling a few of them along the way and that still may be OK after the smoke clears.
