There’s that other thread about whether you’ve still got your old gear - I’ve still got an old guitar, but all my studs and patches gear is long gone.I use jackets or my apron as a backdrop all the time

I can see that. Depends on the guitar/amp, but it can definitely benefit from backing it off.I actually like it best with the hi knob rolled back just a touch
Do I see 50s wiring, too?Final rewire of the Les Paul and it might be my cleanest wiring yet:

I finally upgraded the original Epiphone switch and jack to switchcraft.
I used Bare Knuckle 550kBD pots. I ended up with a good mix for only buying 4, with a 540k for Neck V, a 529k each for Neck T and Bridge V and a 519k for Bridge T.
I used the same Vishay MKP1839 series caps as my pedals.
The crown jewel will be a pair of Custom Wound Legends from Wolfetone.
I ended up requesting 7k for the Neck and 7.8k for the Bridge with a magnet flip in the neck pickup and no covers.
The more cheese ages the less lactose it has. I think. Don’t quote me, look it up.Finally recapped that Bassman I've been meaning to upgrade. It would appear my dry spell is over. Why?
In a strange twist of fate, Costco ran out of mild cheddar. So I bought sharp. Within 2 days my INSANE arthritis pain vanished. Which is why I finally felt good enough to get this done. Checked out the difference, sharp is the same but aged longer. Now I ask you, what in the hell could possibly happen to cheese which has been aged that I feel 20 years younger in 2 days?????

Are you bumping up your hole sizes to account for the powder? Have you worked with a step-bit and decided you prefer fixed-size bits?I’m trying a different order of processes. I’m drilling before powder coating this time! View attachment 57049

Lactose intolerance? My cousins GF had it and thought she couldn’t have cheese but the cheese stand lady set her straight. Finally recapped that Bassman I've been meaning to upgrade. It would appear my dry spell is over. Why?
