Some of my work time got assigned to my university makerspace. I decided to try my hand at putting together a “prusacaster” for a professional development project. I’m almost done with the printing. I need to remove some epoxy squeeze-out and get everything wired up. I went a bit off script from the original design and required some strategic reinforcement under the bridge. Really hoping I lined everything up properly (plastic is a lot more slippery than wood when you try to clamp it!). I’m eventually going to try winding some pickups for it. Just need to build a winding machine.

Very impressed! I'm a big dude and I could never build anything like that with such small hands.
 
So I have two new Heads coming in this week, the Marshall Origin 20, and the Orange OR-15, and I decided I needed an extra cab for one of them. So I got some scrap wood out of the shop and found a G12 on Craig’s list brand new for a Bill. I have a handle, corners, feet, and grill cloth coming from Ali. I think it’s looking not bad for scrap wood!!

(I tried to write "test" 3 times and it kept coming out as "teat" . Hmm.. Freudian finger slip? Or maybe a new product in the pipeline? 🤣)

The alcohol leaches the THC out of the plant matter so you get a double-whammy with the recipes.

That tastes funky as shit, though. I prefer making a concentrate without plant matter, and infusing that way. Each to his own though; if you like it it's not wrong.

Anyway, my workbench has been things I never finished. A Naga Viper clone with some component value changes that suit it to DI acoustic guitar, a two-in-one pedal I had to completely rework due to a stupid fuck up, and organizing my component and tool boxes.

Tamarind to drink. Friend had the Empanadas and some weird yoghurt drink, I think.

The Timbre Man is alive! And well. Only had time to briefly test it, but it sounded pretty smooth and pleasant with nice range on the controls. I remembered near the end that I had the relay boards too, but was too tired to start pulling out parts and populate it again. So I went with a 3PDT.
 
My workbench at the moment: placed an order for parts and now I have about 20ish enclosures center punched awaiting me getting the ambition to drill them.
 
I'll have to give asymmetrical silicon a go. Between the Rat's Stock, Turbo, and Bass clipping options, I liked Turbo LEDs best (while gigging on upright, at least).


@Fama Those colours look fanfreq'n'tasty! How'd you get 'm so ViBrAnT? Filter on the camera or does it really pop that much with the naked eye?

Tbh it's mostly the camera, the flash is actually quite flattering here because it's a bit too dark in dimmer lighting. It looks good in sunlight too, but it's just a bit too dark or too saturated normally. I think I'm going to try just dropping the saturation like 15-20% or something in the next set of prints and see how that works out.

How do you like the process? I rode a 134 years ago and really liked how everything felt.

I need to tear apart my hardtail and move the parts over to a new frame and service everything on my main bike. Last season just kept going and I assumed every ride for a month was going to be the last, then I'd work on it, so it's in rough shape.
