I'm always confused by this use of tape. I know that low effort is an aesthetic but going tape free isn't that hard. Strap locks aren't expensive and have cheap alternatives. I also prefer the look of a gaping hole over a taped hole. Giggity.70s? Musicmaster for setup

Really like that front plate you have - looks to be a step up from pcb material!Harmonic tremolo is coming along nicely.

It’s Rustoleum color shift Green Copper. Goes from green to yellow. Hard to catch on camera though. The color shift paint is basically clear, so you have to lay down a base coat of black first.@Diynot I’m curious to the color that you used. It’s a great color.
That looks much better on camera than on the lid. I think Ive used the ColorShift on another project. Thanks for the info! It’s Rustoleum color shift Green Copper. Goes from green to yellow. That seems like a lot of trouble for a non structural rivet, why not just use sold or cherry max?DIY tool to set pop rivets at tight angles!
Never heard of these! Can you load these in the same rivet gun? I just need to set two plates of steel together, and I got the regular pop rivets already at home. Ordering stuff is more trouble, for now that is!!That seems like a lot of trouble for a non structural rivet, why not just use sold or cherry max?

Big muff w/ active bass and treble. Will try to do a quick demo tomorrow if I can
Depending on the cutoff frequencies, harmonic tremolo - which uses amplitude modulation - causes a certain amount of pitch modulation. Because the signals are mixed, it produces more of a phaser effect rather than a vibrato.@jubal81 That sounds really nice as a tremolo, but I'm not hearing much "harmonic"? Shouldn't there be more of a "wahrr" to it?
