Not on my bench, but a friend sent me a pic of his MXR Duke of Tone. Looks worse than 95% of the builds on here.

Not much to it!
But knowing that’s it’s off by a little and you have the power to do it correctly, that wouldn’t bother you in the slightest? You guys are building stomp boxes not spaceships, if the radius is a little off no one is going to die and it’s not going to make the news..…
Technically the “right way “ to do it would be to calculate the setback, tangent lines and k factor, but this is completely overkill for what you are doing, what you are doing is essentially art with a structural purpose, knowing the science behind it is just licensing to knowing what you can get away with, keep it straight, make it strong, make it purdy…But knowing that’s it’s off by a little and you have the power to do it correctly, that wouldn’t bother you in the slightest?
You are very right though these are stomp boxes not spaceships![]()
Well stated.Technically the “right way “ to do it would be to calculate the setback, tangent lines and k factor, but this is completely overkill for what you are doing, what you are doing is essentially art with a structural purpose, knowing the science behind it is just licensing to knowing what you can get away with, keep it straight, make it strong, make it purdy…
You did all of this today, other than the poly chorus?Spent the day finishing up this PolyChorus, and whipped up a few other quick things- MooTron, Curds & Whey, Schadenfreude, Up Down Daddy

I still have the Byzantium on my bench, but I'm out of 3102s, and trying to load up my cart before ordering parts again
Yep!You did all of this today, other than the poly chorus?
I agree. It's a great noise reduction/soft-gate. When I compared it to the STFU, they perform identically to my ears - and with a smaller parts-count. I think the Decimator has a bit more flexibility connection-wise.The Decimator is all you’ll need for noise reduction, it’s fantastic.
Absolutely nothing on my bench, and I'm ok with that because Im spending my time here instead

Is it possible to buy fingers with different edges? That would add a whole new layer of customization....especially for wider bends!
